1. Registration Process:

• a. Register a D Prime real account and complete the KYC process. Accept the Competition’s Terms and Conditions in the User Center under promotion tab.
• b. Go to Client Portal and click on "Open Live Account" and selecting “MT5 Classic Trading Competition Account" or “MT5 Master Trading Competition Account to participate in relative Competition Groups.
• c. Deposit and transfer the funds into your Competition Account(s), client’s first-time deposit to Account need to reach required amount as below:
  MT5 Classic Trading Competition Account: USD 500
  MT5 Master Trading Competition Account: USD 7,000
• d. Participants can view their trading data and ranking for the Competition Account(s) by searching for your Competition Account(s) on the leaderboard on the Campaign Page https://global.dootrader.com The data will be updated every 1 hour.
• e. Clients participating in any of the five rounds will automatically qualify for the next round, provided their account meets the relevant minimum initial equity requirements at the start of each subsequent round. If a client does not meet the minimum initial equity requirement for their group at the beginning of a subsequent round, they may register on the campaign landing page once they fulfil the participation requirements.

2. Please note that the first deposit made to activate a Competition account will be considered as the Initial Equity for that round and will not be included in the total deposit for that round.

3. Participants may deposit funds into their wallet and then transfer to the trading account. Initial equity is recorded at successful registration. Failure to transfer sufficient funds may causing disqualifies registration.

4. Credit funds granted due to deposit/withdrawal system issues must be removed within 24 hours and may not be used to manipulate rankings or violate rules, or disqualification will result.

5. Participants who qualified and participated in the previous round with a trading account meeting the minimum equity will be automatically enrolled in the subsequent round’s corresponding group. Initial equity is based on system data at the new round’s start time. Failure to meet the minimum at the new round requires manual re-registration.

2. Minimum trading days require either 5 separate trading days or holding positions for at least 5 business days post-registration. For participants entering with open positions, days are counted from registration until positions are closed.

Valid entry days refer to the trading account having at least 5 trading days of trading after successfully participating in each round, or the number of days of holding positions is at least 5 working days; if the participant participates with an open position, the valid days are calculated from the day of successful entry until the position is closed.

3. All D Prime trading products are eligible. Trading account settings correspond to the account holder’s primary account. Please consult your client service manager for details.

1. [Highest Profit Rate Account] For accounts with the same Profit Rate, the organizing committee will use the lowest drawdown rate as the second winning criterion. For accounts with the same winning conditions, the highest number of trades will be the third winning criterion. All winners must complete the trading requirements of their respective categories before they can claim the relevant prize.

2. All winning accounts must have a positive profit rate to receive the corresponding prize. If a winning account has a negative profit rate at the end of the competition, regardless of ranking, the competition organizing committee will automatically disqualify the winning account.

3. The same participant (calculated by customer UUID) can obtain a maximum of one ranking in each prize category and competition category in each round of the competition, and the highest ranking account will be used as the basis.

• a. If you’re crowned the Rising Star champion in Round 1, you can also win the Wave Rider champion prize. However, you can’t win multiple prizes within the same group in the same round.
• b. If you’re the Rising Star champion in Round 1, you can still win any prize in the same group in Round 2. (Just like before, you can’t win multiple prizes within the same group in one round.)
  

4. Only real profits made during the competition will count. Bonuses, unregistered accounts, off-hours trades, or any manual balance changes won’t be included in the ranking.

5. Please note that if you deposit funds into your account during the competition period and then withdraw funds without making any transactions, the current rate of return for that round will be reduced. For details, please refer to the rate of return calculation method.

6. If a participant is disqualified for any reason, their ranking will be passed down to the next eligible trader.

1. The top 5 Wave Rider group winners in each round are qualify for the final offline competition, with D Prime covering the travel, accommodation, and event expenses for one verified participant (by UUID). Personal expenses beyond those are the responsibility of the participant.

2. Participants winning multiple qualifying slots in different rounds receive only one entry. Extra slots will be allocated to the next eligible winners, starting from 6th place to 10th place. Insufficient eligible winners within top 10 means forfeiture of extra slots. Further qualification methods will be announced.

3. Offline participants must use their own real trading account with a minimum balance of USD 10,000 on event day, with no maximum limit. Funds may be added or withdrawn to maintain eligibility. Offline competition rules will be disclosed upon arrival.

4. The quota for the offline trading competition cannot be exchanged for any cash prize. If the client who has obtained the quota ultimately decides not to participate in the offline competition, the relevant quota will be invalidated immediately and cannot be replaced or transferred to any third party.

5. Travel dates will be confirmed by February 28, 2026, with the event expected between late March and early April 2026. Departure and return locations must be consistent within China (including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), India, Japan, or South Korea. Any additional costs for inconsistent itineraries are participant’s responsibility.

6. Winners must submit travel redemption forms with personal details by specified deadlines to activate prizes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture without further notice.

7.Once travel details are confirmed, no itinerary changes are allowed. If a participant cannot travel due to documentation issues, personal reasons, or force majeure, D Prime must be notified promptly. Confirmed prizes will be forfeited with no alternative compensation.

8. Unless otherwise specified, winners bear all additional costs including but not limited to visas, insurance, transport, accommodation, meals, and personal arrangements.

9. Participants assume all risks for accidents, injuries, losses, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize use. D Prime disclaims all liability for any such incidents, including death.

10.By participating, winners consent to D Prime disclosing their personal information (name, address, phone number, ID number, and relevant details) to third-party service providers solely for event-related purposes.

11. D Prime reserves the right to determine prize distribution methods, including ceremonies or other reasonable means. Winners must cooperate with promotional activities and authorize D Prime to use their name, photo, and approved information for current and future event marketing without compensation.

12. D Prime, its sponsors, management, employees, and contractors are not liable for any personal or property loss or damage, claims, injuries, or expenses incurred by winners or their guests related to prize travel.

1. To ensure fairness, D Prime reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse of the aforementioned promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, any fraudulent or deceptive behavior such as exploiting pricing defects or system loopholes in the trading or broker systems, malicious hedging, use of virtual funds, or any other actions that violate the principles of market fairness and involve improper deposits or arbitrage activities (“Disruptive Events”) that may compromise or damage the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion. Upon confirmation, D Prime reserves the right to deduct all awarded bonuses and disqualify the participant from the promotion.

2The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, judicial or administrative orders, and based on the actual circumstances of the promotion.

3. To ensure impartiality, the organizer, competition committee members, and any individuals directly involved in the planning, organization, technical support, or expert evaluation of the competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate in the competition.

4.In case of any disputes, the organizer and the competition committee reserve the right to amend, modify, or revoke any terms and conditions related to the promotion, including but not limited to competition rules, promotion period, prize options, or bonus amounts. We also reserve the right to cancel, terminate, delay, or suspend the promotion (or any part thereof) at any time without further notice.
